Höstvalet är här!
Det är nu tid för dig som medlem i ELIN att få chansen att bli en aktiv medlem i styrelsen eller som TEAM-representant. Du kommer att få chansen till en rolig studietid med grymma erfarenheter och massa personlig utveckling. Som medlem kan du ansöka till vilken position du vill!
De lediga positionerna som går att ansöka till i styrelsen är:
- Ordförande
- 2:e Vice Ordförande med Näringslivsansvar
- Skattemästare
- Informationsansvarig
- Ordförande för Utbildningsutskottet
- Ordförande för Marknadsföringsutskottet
- Ordförande för Internationella utskottet
- Ordförande för ELIN Club
Förtroendevalda för TEAM:
- Projektledare med HR-ansvar
- Gruppledare
I och med att processen har förändrats i år kommer en påminnelse om hur det går till:
Efter att du har skickat in din ansökan kommer vi i Valberedningen att kontakta de personer som har kandiderat för att hålla en intervju. Under intervjun kommer vi att ställa frågor för att hitta den person som passar bäst för den lediga positionen. Den personen kommer vi sedan att nominera för att bli officiell kandidat.
Nomineringarna kommer att publiceras på vår hemsida i ett dokument som heter ”Valdokument.” Efter detta har du möjlighet att motkandidera om du önskar konkurrera om samma position. För att göra en motkandidatur, fyller du i ett särskilt formulär som kommer att finnas tillgängligt på hemsidan och Facebook när nomineringarna har presenterats. För att din motkandidatur ska vara komplett, behöver du även delta på valpuben den 13 november där du presenterar din motkandidatur inför andra medlemmar där de har möjlighet att ställa frågor. Även de nominerade kandidaterna kommer presentera sig på valpuben.

It is time for the Autumn Election!
It is now time for you as a member of ELIN to get the opportunity to become an active member of the board. You will have the chance for a fun study period with great experiences and a lot of personal development. As a member, you can apply for any position you want!
The vacant positions that can be applied for on the board are:
- President
- 2nd Vice President with Business Responsibilities
- Treasurer
- Head of Communication
- Head of Education
- Head of Marketing
- Head of the International Committee
- Head of ELIN Club
Trustees for TEAM:
- Project leader with HR-responsibility
- Group leader
As the process has changed this year, here´s a reminder of how it´s done:
After you have submitted your application, the Election Committee will contact the individuals who have applied to hold interviews. During the interview, we will ask questions to identify the person who is the best fit for the vacant position. We will then nominate this person that then becomes an official candidate.
The nominations will be published on our website in a document called ”Election Document.” After this, you have the opportunity to run as an opposing candidate if you wish to compete for the same position. To run as an opposing candidate, you fill out a form that will be available on the website and Facebook when the nominations have been presented. For your opposition candidacy to be complete, you will also need to attend the election pub on November 13, where you will present your opposing candidacy in front of other members, who will have the opportunity to ask questions. The nominated candidates will also introduce themselves at the election pub.
